Management The managerial support that we offer ranges from becoming our customers' liaison in managing their projects from the development stages through the entire construction phases and into final project acceptance and signoff. Many of the project management activities that we perform include participating in our customer’s staff meetings, keeping weekly in-depth project status reports, and coordination of all phases of site design meetings with our customer's RF engineers, acquisition, planning and construction personnel while continually monitoring the construction process. Construction Management Services is our ability to
build teams of professionals by working in concert with all parties involved to
achieve the project goals. Wireless Associates can facilitate and coordinate
the teams required after the construction feasibility walks are complete, such
as, architects and engineers to ensure the best possible site design. We follow
through with our extensive in-house design and drawing review process working
closely with our customers to achieve necessary customer approval prior to
finalizing construction documents. We work with the governing
jurisdictions/agencies to assure necessary permits and or authorizations are
easily obtained. Many of our customers enjoy the flexibility we offer by
providing complete turnkey management services which can include the purchasing,
ordering and tracking of all primary and ancillary equipment. Wireless
Associates has or can secure facilities to safely stage and store large outdoor
and highly sensitive indoor equipment near any project location. Additionally
other services we offer can include conducting contractor bidding and the
awarding of the project, providing in-depth pre-construction walks with the
awarded GC, maintain close communications with the GC and provide direct
