Wireless Associates Limited Warranty

Wireless Associates (WA) owners personally guarantee the quality of workmanship for a period of 2 years. This warranty encompasses workmanship of all wireless installations installed and maintained yearly by WA. When an outage occurs on any antenna system installed by (WA), we will have a crew mobilize to the facility to conduct an inspection of the antenna system in question. If it is found that (WA) workmanship caused any type of antenna system failure, (WA) will fix, repair, and or replace at (WA) discretion the antenna system at no charge to the customer, however if it is found that the failure is not due to (WA) workmanship, we will work with our customer to quickly help resolve the problem.  

Exclusions

Acts of God, work preformed by other contractors on systems installed by (WA), system damage inflicted by others, material defects, manufacture defects, architecture, structural and engineering inadequacies, and finally structure failure of any type.
