JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experienced in installation, antenna and cable connector assemblies, must have knowledge of rigging practices, familiar with color-coding practices, antenna and cable identification, assisting technicians moving the load and short, weatherproofing antennas and connectors. Applicant must have completed an RF safety awareness-training program and tower safety and rescue course, maintain a good driving record and have a current and valid Drivers License, must also be willing to travel if required.
Tower Technician Leader

SALARY RANGE: $12.00 - $27.51 hourly, depending upon qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experienced in the complete installation, antenna and cable connector assemblies, return loss sweep testing for elliptical and coaxial waveguides, microwave path alignment and lock down procedures utilizing Automatic Gain Control (AGC) voltage readings, in depth rigging skills, hand signals, and crane operation procedures, familiar with color-coding practices, and antenna and cable identification. Applicant must have ability to quickly troubleshoot and solve difficult problems. Complete comprehension of cross polarization of antenna polarities including microwave antennas, possesses computer skills and is proficient with email, writing daily log reports. Must have in possession a current and valid first aid safety card, completion of an RF safety awareness-training program and tower safety and rescue course, also must conduct and document required safety meetings with all employees within the crew. Applicant must have prior supervisory experience, also have a good driving record and a current and valid Drivers License and willing to travel when required. Additionally must have leadership ability as a safety enforcement officer for all onsite safety issues and concerns, and lastly must be willing to travel when required.
Microwave Technician Level 2

Technician II

- $35.96 hourly, depending upon qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experienced
in the complete installation, commissioning, turn-up, testing, and
troubleshooting of one or more of the following Alcatel-Lucent, Harris, NEC,
Avantech, Telescience, point to point microwave radios. Proficient with
DC power and wiring schemes, ability to troubleshoot DSX cross connect
problems, installation of Fiber mux, DSX panels, EZT3, interconnect
wiring. Possesses computer skills and is proficient with email, writing
daily log reports, conducting equipment inventory, and is familiar with bar
coding practices. Applicant must have good communication and leadership
qualities, also have a good driving record and a current and valid Drivers
License and willing to travel when required.
